The Town Houses are three bedroom split level duplex housing. There is a kitchen, 1/2 bath, bedroom, and living room on the main level. The lower level has the main bath, two bedrooms, and a utility room. Apartments include fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and smoke detectors. Suites are located 1/2 block from uptown and three blocks from the school. All units have a front and back yard.

Leases are on a monthly basis. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (heat, electricity, water,) telephone, T. V., and yard maintenance. Indoor and outdoor building maintenance is included in the rent. Parking is available.

The Senior Housing Units are a 1 bedroom fully self contained unit. They include a private bath, living room, kitchen, bedroom, laundry, fridge, stove, and smoke detectors. A common area is also available to the tenants to have small get-together's, family meals, and additional room for overnight guests.

Tenants are responsible for furnishing their own suites.They are also responsible for electricity, telephone, and T. V.

Heat, water and sewer, and indoor/outdoor maintenance are included in the rent. Parking is available.

Monthly rent is geared to income and is based on a graduated rent scale. Incomes are reviewed annually and rent is adjusted if circumstances change. There is a maximum rent in place. Leases are on a month to month basis.

Rent is also available to non-seniors.

Evergreen Country Home

Evergreen Country Home is an assisted Living facility that offers 22 units. Assisted Living means you can still live an independent life, come and go as you please, but the day to day expenses and responsibilities are no longer a burden. Our Home provides the security and companionship, services and support that most of us desire in our lives. Personal care needs are accessible through the local health district. A Doctor's Clinic, Medication Delivery to your room and Ambulance Services are also available.

The home provides comfortable, single suites, each with a private 1/2 bath, a common living room with piano, shuffleboard, T. V. and VCR:, a common dining area where 3 home cooked meals a day are provided along with regular coffee and tea times, cards are played almost daily, visiting also takes place in this bright, large room. The home is Wheelchair accessible and staffed 24 hours a day.
