LeRoy's Bob Damm has some exciting news about a new country song.

The artist has recently came out with "It's My Turn To Cry."

He says the project has been in the work for a few years.

"I wrote it ten years ago and I shelved it and last summer I took it out, rearranged it, changed the words, changed the chords and then I went up to Nipawin and got Jim Shute and his sister Brenda to sing it for three hours and he took to it to the Producer Rich McFarlane and we got it done. It took a year, we got it done."

Damm explains what the song is about.

"A guy comes home from the bars after chasing women, drinking and gambling and the lights are all out in the house and he says I knew something was wrong, how could I know that my Rosie was gone?" He walks in the house, turns on the kitchen light and on the kitchen table is her departing note."

Anyone interested in hearing a copy of the song can send $4.00 plus $1.00 shipping to R. Damm, Box 385 in LeRoy, S0K 2P0.
